Satish is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has qualified his Chartered Accountancy in the Nov 2008. Post completion of Chartered Accountancy, he is pursuing Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) & Concurrent Audit of Banks from ICAI.  Satish is also holding Certificate on GST Compliance from ICAI He has worked for with big corporate houses like MJLSL, ISTSL and having exposure of multiple sectors like Manufacturing, Hotels and Hospitality, Real Estate, Healthcare, Business Centre and facility management. 

His job involves handling of audits including Statutory and Internal, Formation of policies, Risk Analysis and Assurance, Direct & Indirect Tax matters,  Corporate Compliance and Tax Planning, Financial Due Diligence, Preparation of Budgets and Fund Management, corporate finance. He has excellent rapport with bankers and various governmant departments.

Implementation of the multi-location business audit programme vide assessment of the environment in which the project operates, thereby identifying, evaluating and prioritising key risks and areas of strategic focus.Testing or validation of key risk controls through discussion, observation and/or process performance. Conduct specific transaction testing to overcome any lack of controls resulting in residual audit work.
